This is our second purchase order for the fiber laser cutting machine 3000W, with the order number 3015. Our initial purchase was made in 2018, when we acquired a CNC plasma cutting machine with an attached oxygen system. We are extremely grateful for the support provided by their team. Initially, we had no knowledge about the fiber laser cutter, but their detailed manual book and Jack’s guidance through Wechat helped us immensely. Eventually, we were able to successfully operate this machine. However, approximately two months ago, due to my own negligence, the Raytools head collided forcefully with a metal object. As a result, it started making a lot of noise and was unable to focus properly as it did before. The team promptly advised me to send it back to them as soon as possible, as it was still within the two-year warranty period. They provided excellent assistance in repairing the machine, and I did not have to bear any costs for the repairs or the shipping. Currently, both machines are functioning perfectly in my workshop.
